Meditation Coaching

Meditation has completely changed my life. Nothing I have tried so far (and I’ve tried a lot ever since I was 18 years old) has had such a strong impact on my quality of life. Ever since I started meditating seriously about two years ago my life hasn’t been the same. I was able to shed many self-sabotaging and harmful mental habits that had been haunting me since my early childhood. There is so much relief and happiness and practicing meditation is so simple. I feel obliged to share. Still there is a lot of confusion and meditation can seem overwhelming for a beginner. Even for someone a little more experienced many questions may persist. Establishing and maintaining a regular practice that actually leads to results isn’t that easy. But it’s certainly doable if you give meditation the place it deserves in your life. Then you will reap benefits that will blow your mind. Once you experience greater peace of mind and harmony you won’t be able to keep it to yourself.

Over the last two and a half years I did about 5000 hours of formal meditation practice. Not to say that this means anything, but I definitely made meditation a priority. For the last year I practiced for 7 hours of meditation daily. Currently I’m down to 5 to take care of more worldly issues (as you can see on this website ;). Since about two years I engage in a weekly “meditation-day” of silence and meditation for 10 hours (like on a retreat). I don’t remember missing either a day of meditation or a “meditation-day”. If something is important to us, we can make it happen. I’m not a meditation expert, but I do know a thing or two about meditation and I’d like to share my experience with you.
